Ingredients

 2 Cups Bulgar, Cooked 

3 Persian Cumbers 

2 Tomatoes 

1 Cup Parsley 

1 Cup Mint 

½ Cup Chives, Chopped 

1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 

½ Lemon, Squeezed 

½ Tablespoon Salt 

Directions 

Combine all ingredients in a serving dish and serve immediately!
